ETS-W900 is a system designed to perform eddy current inspections of cylindrical components rotated from the present rotating table.
The system is composed by a rotating table base on which the component to be scanned is positioned.
The scan is performed thanks to the movement of two mechanical axes that move the probe around the component and a transmission system that provides the alignment and rotation of the component.
The alignment is carried out by the cone system and the base cylinder powered by the pneumatic system.
The rotation of the part is guaranteed by an electric motor.
