LTS-9000 is a system designed for the ultrasonic inspection of round bars from ø18mm to ø75mm.
UT inspection is performed by the UT instrument ROWA, installed on the central bench.
The system is composed by eight zones:
• Loading bench
• Loading tapes
• Entrance roller conveyor
• Central bench
• Exit roller conveyor
• Good bars
• Short bars
• Waste bar
Each zone is characterized by a proper function, activation, sensors and safety devices. The system is composed by a pyramid-type safety circuit managed by PLC. Conformity according to the EMC norms and standards.
