The UTS-1000SQ-DN is an automatic system designed for the ultrasonic inspection of small/medium mechanical parts, in this case it can be applied for the rotating parts of helicopter rotors.
The inspection test is performed by the movement of three mechanical axes that move the probe within the scanning volume.

Scanning operations are managed by the operator thanks to the ‘UTS EXAMINER ACQUISITION SOFTWARE’ software from CASONI SRL.
