UTS-750 PA is an automatic system designed for the ultrasonic inspection o small/medium parts using the phased array technology. The maximum work volume is 750x500x300mm.
The part is positioned on the support plan prepared inside the tank by the operator.
The system is composed by a tank containing the coupling liquid necessary for the scan process. It is equipped with a hydraulic system dedicated to filter and sterilize the liquid contained in the tank, keeping it clean. The scan process is done thanks to the movement of three automatic axes and one manual axis that move the probe inside of the scan volume. Is present a HMI for the use of the machine. The touch panel is used to send the commands for the functions of the PLC in manual mode and for maintenance procedures.
