									<p>The LTS-9000 is a system for UT inspection of rolled bars ranging from Ø18mm to Ø75mm. The UT check is performed by the ROWA UT instrument, installed in the central bench. The plant is divided into eight functional zones: &#8211; Lifting bench &#8211; 1st and 2nd loading belts &#8211; Infeed roller conveyor &#8211; Central bench &#8211; Outfeed roller conveyor &#8211; Goods unloading cradle &#8211; Short unloading cradle &#8211; Scrap unloading cradle Each zone has its own function, drives, sensors and safety devices, emergency functions and adjustments with respect to the intended and permitted use by the operator. The plant is equipped with a PLC-controlled pyramid safety circuit. The system complies with EMC regulations.</p>								</div>
