ETS-500

ETS-500 is an automatic system designed for current-induced control of components and materials.
The specimen to be scanned can have up to 100 mm diameter and 350 mm length, thanks to the motion along 2 motorized axes, Y and Z.
Safety barriers, placed on the sliding doors, provide a safe testing process by interrupting it when the doors are open.
User can start the scanning process from different positions around the system thanks to the mobile workstation, equipped with electronical instrumentation.
Scanning operation starts by using CASONI Examiner software that can be customized according to client requirements. The data acquired by the Eddy Current Instrument will be analysed and visualized thanks to simplified graphical user interface.
